A social run around various trails and woods across Surrey. All abilities are welcome as we will tailor the session each time depending on the group, to ensure that nobody is left behind.
Highly likely to be followed by coffee and some form of recovery nutrition (such as cake or a breakfast burrito) at a nearby café.

Not just for those who are marathon training, these long runs are open to anybody. Whether it be a Sunday morning run along the river and through the parks, or a much more fun way to get home from work, keep an eye on the facebook group or WhatsApp feed for dates, times, locations, distances and average pace.

A structured session to consist of a warm up jog, followed by hill reps and recovery intervals, with a cool down to finish. Hills can be run at any pace and can be made shorter or longer depending on your current ability, so everyone will be able to make the most of these sessions regardless of whether you are an experienced mountain goat or not! Again, likely to be followed by a recovery session at a local café.
Every Thursday at 7.15 for 7.30 start
Open to all abilities, track sessions are a great way to work on your speed and really get you pushing yourself much harder than you could do on your own. This will be an interval session and will vary each week, with intervals ranging from 200m up to 1600m. Alternatively please feel free to come along with your own session plan if you just want the encouragement of the team to keep you going while you do your own thing!
