Who are we?

Renegade Triathlon Team is an inclusive, independent and supportive multi sports community that caters for members of all abilities to help you achieve your personal goals in 2023 and beyond.

We want to be a team that provides a training and racing community – we are not a business and we are certainly not operating for profit. Our ambition is to support our members to become the most accomplished athletes they can whether this be their first Sprint Triathlon or full IronMan race or just a runner, cycler or swimmer getting fitter to cope with the challenges life throws us.

Our members include GB Age-group athletes through to brand new to sport individuals looking to achieve new goals. Our coaches and partners will support all aspects of swimming, cycling and running development. 



Regular Training
Renegade Triathlon and our partners run and support regular training opportunities including swim sessions, group rides and various run opportunities including track sessions and Brick sessions. Our coaches and fellow team members are always keen to help to develop training plans and provide structure and guidance to help you achieve your goals.


Renegade Triathlon will be entering teams to various events throughout the year and we promise you will have the most fun racing together with us and our amazing support crew. As a team we pride ourselves on being the best supporters at the many events members compete in, often taking our fabulous cheer team to support individuals and relay teams with the loudest cheers around any courses.


Our membership fee is £50 for the first year which renews every January. £40 a year thereafter. These fees are used to develop the club and support team racing and social events throughout the year. The only other fees you can expect to pay will be to cover venue hire / entrance fees (e.g. running track, swim sessions) and specialist coaching providers' fees. We also have a Strava Team, why wouldn’t we of course. Found at this link join us and all your weekly training sessions and races will be totalled and added to the Weekly Leaderboard. If you are unaware of Strava then it can link directly to your Garmin device and automatically uploads your details once you have synced your device with Garmin Connect. All you have to do is create a Strava profile and make the connection. Its a great way to see how much training you are doing as well as compare to the total nutters who are putting far too much time into training.
